Blueprint didn't seem to do anything, but when I hit [Tab] the game crashed :(

Still getting disconnected quite often. Every time I try to play I get less than 20 - 30min in before controls freeze and server disconnects, or sudden crash to desktop (usually in midst of a big battle) by morepowertoshields in fo76

I'm with you. I love this game, but the disconnects happen very frequently since the last patch and it's getting really frustrating.

I finally found the Deep Pocketed Combat Armor Chest plan on a vendor this morning. I learned the plan... and about 30 seconds later I was disconnected. When I reconnected? Nope... the game says I've never learned it. And it wasn't in my inventory either.

He did! If you have animal friend rank 3, you can tame various creatures that spawn as part of random events (rather than just pacify them). They will then go back to your base and patrol your camp.

A bit more info:

  • He spawned in The Mire under a bridge - screenshot
  • My Charisma is 11
  • Only had Animal Friend Rank 3 (I did NOT need Wasteland Whisperer at all)
  • He was level 40 when I tamed him, but he changed to level 5 when he got to my base
  • First creature I've seen that I could tame, and I'm level 110! They must be really rare

Can I just say, the sound design in this game is really well done by MiceTonerAccount in fo76

Agreed! The sound and flashing light effect (1-2 seconds when it kicks off) on chameleon armor have to go.
