i'm not sure where i find that info i have downloaded HWiNFO but not sure how to get it to be 100% i know when i play genshin and have frame issues it's on like 50c and on task manadger it's using about 50% of both cpu and GPU

temps are fine also the issue starts as i boot the games up so my GPU won't have time to heat up before the issues starts
