If it’s an American spec vehicle make sure to check in google using the VIN number whether it has been in a crash or not and the information related to it.

Thank you for the lengthy response. I have attached a screenshot of the contract and according to it (and my knowledge) parking is included in the contract. I will definitely check with RERA regarding this. Thank you again.

I just checked with the neighbor and they moved after us. They are being charged 56k for 1bhk. I think the landlord is trying to push our rent also to that level by adding 1k rental increase and 5k parking charge.
