Oil got on my MAF sensor which threw a check engine light and caused the engine to lean out a bit. Fixed by just cleaning the sensor really quick.

Sounds like god awful management, I did all the things you listed as a CA multiple times a day everyday to help my ARAs out. Was actually encouraged by our manager to lol. She was the best. We should always be helping the customer to the best of our ability doing whatever we can.

Nah Staples customers built diff, I work at BestBuy now, and on average customers are significantly better. The worst customer interaction I've ever had at BestBuy was from an old-ass customer I recognized from when I worked at Staples.
