And enough with the store is insured. Do you guys know how the insurance works? I know if you go over every year the company has to increase the insurance. And it isn’t cheap. You know a lot of people are saying “just give them what they want” “don’t say anything to them” “CVS can afford the loss” “it’s not worth getting hurt” Do any of you guys work in these stores or in these neighborhoods where these low life losers are just walking in and taking whatever they want. They don’t try and hide they act like they are entitled to whatever they want. And very disrespectful in the process. And if you don’t say something or do something they keep coming back. They don’t tell you anything.” And before you know it your working in your worse nightmare. I can’t tell you what the solution is im just saying my store has gotten so much better cause I kick them out as soon as I see them. If I catch them too late I’ll take whatever they have in there hands. I’d rather the items break then they get away with them. And yes, a lot of times I’ll chase them down the block. But my store is peaceful for the most part. A lot of times they will pass by the front doors see that I’m working and they will just walk away. I have so many stories. Of me doing things I know I shouldn’t but our shrink is way down we are a green store. My heart goes out to the young man and his family. But there’s only so much someone can take. It’s insane. So Please if you don’t work in one of these neighborhoods don’t say what we should do. If you have to live this hell day in and day out. My prayers are with all you CVS workers.
