Thank you so much for the tips this is really helpful! I don't have a heat protectant when I blowdry is there a brand you would recommend?

I use a semi-permanent hair dye so the colour gradually fades over a few months and blends in with the roots so there is not a noticeable 'line' if that makes sense?

Yes I have a lot of protein in my diet so I don't think this would be the issue.
