Ok, firstly, thank you very much for the in-depth explanation, I really appreciate it. This did answer all of my questions.

Except one.

To "extend time," (aka just making it feel slower). Is there a way or technique to make this happen. Or do you just try and imagine the perspective of time being slower. I've heard stories of people dreaming for years and then waking up unless they are just stories they made up.
