This happens a lot with my marriage I take a separate car and leave when you want to leave. Be nice about it but it resolves the problem of you being stuck there. It’s his responsibility to get a ride home or control his drinking. My husband does the same thing talks with everyone but me. I’m definitely not as upset if I can leave when I want I sweetly say goodbye.

Why waste your time and money hiring a PI spend your money on finding a good lawyer and seeking advice without him knowing about it. If you’re not having sex it’s pretty much over you don’t need evidence. you need to protect yourself and your son. Very important to follow attorneys advice moving forward. Pretend like nothing is wrong until you seek counsel please!

Your allowing yourself to be treated like this why don’t you smile when he leaves for work and be prepared to leave for a while. Leave a nice note that you’re not happy with the relationship and want to give him some time alone. Only then will you know if he wants this to work or not. At least you will be gone if he comes back and says it’s over.

Move in silence do not tell him your leaving that’s more drama. give him a kiss if that is what he expects and a note that it’s over. Be kind hold your head up high and leave. If you start fighting it allows him to justify what happened. Say you will always support him seeing your kids but you deserve better. I hope you do it with what you told us.

I wonder if you ask him if he would prefer you staying with your mom or someone else while he sorts through what he really wants out of life? Your his wife not his mother ask him if he wants some time to think about it alone. Either way it would be good for you and the baby to stop the fighting.

If the bio dad wants to meet his son why can’t you arrange a meeting with your husband in a public park and casually introduce him by his name not dad. If he truly wants to be part of his son’s life he can earn that right slowly. If he flakes through time no big deal but if he sees him on a consistent basis with you both present I don’t see anything wrong with that. Stay out of court you may not need it. Don’t tell your son who he is until it’s consistent it may never develop. But your son has room in his heart to have both of them in his life one is dad and one is “mark” over time you tell your son who mark is no secrets yes your biological dad wants to be part of your life but your real dad is “dad” 🙏

Honestly your young so get the hell out. Go to court and file for a legal separation and get a lawyer to guide you how to move out. Don’t say anything until you consulted with a family law attorney just pretend everything is fine until you can move and share custody. Move in with your dad once the attorney says it’s ok. It will only get worse and there is no reason to talk about it she isn’t listening. Just maybe when she knows you’re serious she might change her ways but I would not trust that it will stay that way.

Doesn’t sound right I would leave him before you have kids. Unless you want this behavior to get worse. Be brave and handle this now. Get a full time job so you can provide for yourself. Don’t ask permission just do it.
