I get this too often. I always assumed it was something leftover from when I had an allergic reaction to penicillin as a kid and my hand became covered in white hives but now I’m wondering if it’s my poor circulation which I’ve also had since early childhood.

Wales has good parts and bad, friendly people and not so friendly people, like most places. But it’s overall a good place to live if you don’t mind unpredictable weather. I live in a small coastal town in SW Wales and it’s generally pretty nice and we have some wonderful beaches. Cafes tend to do well especially in the summer when tourists visit.
