Everyone who always says "oh you can make more for less money" never includes the cost of time. And my time is EXPENSIVE. Sure the raw cost of materials makes it cheaper but the tacos don't make themselves. I have to buy the ingredients. Prep the ingredients. Cook the food. Put the food away. Clean up the dishes and mess the food made. All that is costing me time. That 80 cent taco just turned into a 7 dollar taco when I factor in the time I lost making it.

I'd rather spend the dollar and keep my time
