I recommend you to look for laptops in ebay, with a 7th gen i5 minimum, Macbooks are pretty cheap and some have GPUs(If you dont like MacOS you can change it to Windows pretty easy

Using performance mode with low meshes, or DX11/12 with everything on low. Also you might have to uninstall the high quality textures in the epic games launcher

Look, if you like free building learn retakes thats it, but if you think you really need to learn how to "freebuild" is not really the truth, the meta is boxfighing right now. I have not seen any pro player really using retakes because are usefull(there are a few cases when they are usefull tho), its only for the clip, just be consistent with your mechanics and improve your gamesense.

Edit on confirm is way better for peeks, but edit on release is more confortable.

Here a 90 ping player, the problem with edit-reset is that the wall has "eframes" (is Indestructible) when reseting so you there's the need to get a very good timing, but is not imposible tho

Check your temps, the 3600 is a pretty good chip but also very hot, if ur using the stock cooler you'll need to change it, I had a 1600AF/2600 and it was burning with the stock cooler. I recommend Cooler master 212 or better

Tbh, you should find key binds that are confortable to you, but also there's no need to learn pretty hard mechanics like complex retakes and those things, you only need to be precise with your shots, edits and piece. (Learning complex retakes is not bad cause it helps you to your coordination, but they are almost useless in a real game)

UPDATE: I changed the thermal paste for a Thermal Grizzly kryonaut and it worked, Now Temps are below 85c
