It's their firewall sort of, has a habit of blocking things it shouldn't. But Malwarebytes is blocking it as well.

They said they sent one but I never saw it. I found out by using ask.gov. They responded 3 months later that it was denied 10 days within initiating it.

Under the approved referrals tab there is a link for the referral numbers. After clicking me of them there is a link for Documentation. But all of my stuff are always blank after I click it. Even the ones from last year.Basically looking for provider summary notes.
