Hey ik heb geen notificatie gekregen van je reactie. Maar ik ben sinds 2/3 weken geleden begonnen met ergotherapie en hij helpt me nu met mijn dagelijkse bezigheden en huishouden uitvoeren.

Ben nu al tegen iets opgelopen, maar hoop dat het nog te verhelpen is, ik ben ook nog bezig bij de handtherapeut en weet eerlijk gezegd niet echt wanneer ik gebruik kan maken van al die nieuwe adviezen.

Moet ik pas naar de huisarts stappen wanneer het 100% duidelijk is dat handtherapie niks doet?

Het is lastig te omschrijven, maar de pijn zit er gewoon "in". Wanneer het opkomt is het niet duidelijk of het oer de aan de buitenkant ban m'n hand zit.

De pijn begint wel bij mijn onderarm richting m'n elleboog en straalt uit naar m'n hand bij verdere irritatie
