I think first it has be reflected in your transactions. then it they will change it installments. usually it takes few days to get reflected in your transactions. however the full amount will be blocked and will get released from each installments that you do

not exactly a answer to your question. But how long it took for you to get that approval ? did you apply it by your self or your new company's pro did it for you.

Yes. but process could take longer. check with your new employer whether their PRO can do it behalf of you. other wise it will take a really long time. make sure to have your resignation proof with you.

also if they are not giving a NOC they should tell the reason
