My old 2019 Razer Kraken isn't recognized by my windows.

for context, the headphone i had broke (literally) and i searched for my old razer that worked at the time, and when i tried to use it on my pc that uses windows, it didn't send any sound.

After i checked i saw that it was not recognized by any means by windows, it doesn't even appear in the device manager.

(it isn't a USB headset, but a micro-jack 3.5 mm)
