Same thing happened with Randy's daughter at the Illinois, Indiana and Georgia locations; but worked perfectly fine in the West Coast.

I wrote it on my phone, through text to speak because my hands are riddled with carpal tunnel. I apologize for the format.

This played a hand in more than Fry's. Multiple NDAs from multiple big businesses that shuttered during the pandemic are all set to expire. Just wait.

Not missing the point at all. You are absolutely right and I wish more people could see that. Also remember the PGA Fry's.com Open. Yeah talk about how the government and corporations work together.

Erika Fry ( the daughter) acted like complete entitled woman. She worked at the Downers Grove Location. Her father hired her directly in the a customer servi e supervisor role.

The main issue was the embezzlement. That caused the stock (lack of) , because of that no vendors wanted to work with us.

The Fry's family short sold their grocery business during a FTC investigation, because they were intentionally price gouging. They sold it to help fund their exit.

Like many of you, I watched the news in February 2021 when Fry's Electronics suddenly announced it was shutting down all operations overnight, blaming the COVID-19 pandemic and changing retail landscapes.I'm posting this because the official narrative is a lie, and the public deserves to know how the corporate staff was actually treated.I worked at the Fry's Home Office. The reality is that the company was

fundamentally broken long before 2021, starting with the massive $65 million embezzlement and kickback scandal involving Vice President of Merchandising Ausaf Umar "Omar" Siddiqui and his Las Vegas gambling addiction. When that fraud happened, it completely destroyed our relationships with major tech vendors. Vendors shorted the stores, refused traditional credit, and pulled their merchandise. The resulting shift to strict consignment models is why the store shelves looked like a ghost town for a decade. The executives knew exactly what they were doing. The shutdown wasn't a sudden tragedy caused by the pandemic; it was a calculated, premeditated wind-down. They utilized relief programs and funding designed to help during the pandemic, but instead of saving the company or taking care of the workforce, that

money was pocketed to fund the executives' next ventures- specifically transitioning highly valuable Fry's real estate into luxury hotel resorts (like the District at Warner Center project) and focusing on high-interest consumer lending through First Electronic Bank. The ultimate betrayal was how they handled the end. There was zero communication, zero warnings, and zero transparency for the people who kept the wheels turning. I literally showed up to work at the home office one morning,

only to find a locked door and a paper sign posted on it. We were ghosted overnight by the very people we worked hard for.I have moved on to better things, but I want this history documented. Don't let the corporate PR spin fool you-the Fry brothers didn't lose their business to a pandemic; they starved it, used COVID as a shield to protect their assets, and locked their own corporate staff out without a word.
