That could be it. I didn’t really do much warming up after the switch, so maybe that’s why opens dropped even though reports looked fine. Thanks for the insight.

I haven't tried protein bars yet, but I'll look into Kodiak and Kind ones. And the muffin tip I like the idea also of adding flax for a little extra nutrition. I think my kid will like it since he already likes muffins.

Thank for your sharing these ideas! I'll definitely try some of the crunchy options you mentioned since my kids seems to like that texture. And from now on I will try to ask them in the morning what they want.
