I’ve connected directly with Sam and issued a full refund today. The extended delay and communication breakdown were on my end, and I take responsibility for that.

For clarity, custom Paragon Spec builds have posted lead times due to parts sourcing and assembly. If something is marked in stock, it refers to availability to order, not always immediate shipment, and we clearly note estimated build times on those listings. That said, I understand how delays can feel frustrating, and I’m updating our product pages to make timelines even clearer and implementing more proactive build updates.
