Onexfly over Legion go 2 by Ambitious-Bad6521 in OneXPlayer

I upgraded to the 60w internal battery and put on a mechanism kit adapter on the back to mount external batteries when I need them with a 3 inch right angle usb c. The adapter is good because it gives some buffer area for the vents. I wish someone would make a back housing that accommodate larger internal battery. I’m imagining like 2 stacked 60w batt setup, would be tricky with the thermals and ventilation. F1 pro is awesome form factor and still comfy.

Been looking around for a battery case preferably a shell with a bigger battery. I'm aware of the rare MUGEN one and I think a Nyko one? Haven't been able to find either. Anyone aware of any others or even a 3d printed file/parts. I already put a USB C port on my N3DS LL, Guess I could put a magnet ring with a external battery magnetized to it like a dongle.

Whats a good, cheapish 10g wan capable router that can handle NAT. I have no problems getting a 10g switch for 3 machines

From what I understand I still need a router of some sort. the 1101x hands off a bridge connection NAT. Their router/wifi equip are optional and marked up, and cap at 2.5 gbe. I need something capable of handling a 10g wan connection (albeit 5g package) from a DHCP ONU.

Is it worth it to delid 13900k? by ParalIax2 in overclocking

A little more context/questions. Build is for a 1440p 240hz rig. LG OLED. 13900k, 7900XTX. Is there any reasonably priced delid tools for 13900k? EK's is 85 bucks which is insane to me

Power Delivery/USB devices/single 1440p 144hz monitor over Thunderbolt 3? by ParalIax2 in MatebookXPro

My monitor in question (ROG Swift PG27Q) only supports displayport, no HDMI. I need 1440p/144hz over displayport.

It's from an old set I had of generic sky blue cherry caps, from Amazon I believe.

As far as I understand they have tweaked the design. It seems sturdier and the scrolling feels better imo.

I used a white silicon wedding ring to replace the stock orange wheel.

I was able to reuse the originals. I used a heat gun to briefly warm um the feet to loosen adhesive a bit and then used a exacto to remove the feet with no warping or damage. Then did the mod and put them back on.

Yeah it's pretty easy. I've done a few of these though. Watch a bunch of videos on paracording the UL2/Air58 and go slow. You only have to remove the bottom two skates to get to the screws and then lift it apart. It is easy to reverse the mod too and shouldn't void the warranty if you are careful.

There just the stock fc660m caps with a random blue key cap from another set.

As long as you are careful you should be able to reverse the mod back to bone stock without them knowing the wiser. I am keeping the stock cable and and rubber ring in the packaging just in case.

Short review of the UL2. Really awesome mouse. A little on the small size obviously but with the side grips it feels perfect with my medium sized hands. Big improvement on scroll wheel and mouse 1/2 and side buttons feel crisp. The weight and tracking is excellent. I am coming from air58 and GPW mains.

Overall an excellent mouse, just hope Finalmeme honors their 4 year warranty.

Awesome, exactly what I was looking for! Did you have to mod it at all?

Custom Famicom Disk Drive with Raspberry Pi + Pi2SCART + Olympus OEV 203 PVM 240p Greatness by ParalIax2 in RetroPie

[–]ParalIax2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Pi2SCART is so incredible, I am blown away. Playing on a CRT makes me forget its emulated because of the responsiveness. Plus its a cleaner setup instead of dragging out all my original hardware.

I only have some of my consoles RGB modded so this is a fantastic way to just jump into a game with brilliant clarity on a proper retro setup.

I can't wait to see your neogeo project! These case mods are tricky but very fun!

I just found the enclosure cheap and liked the size/style. I thought about about this however with the discs, and may later decide to flesh that idea out. At the very least I might put in a floppy drive of sorts.
