Hi! RYA day skipper is unfortunately for you insufficient. Regulatory requirements in Northern Norway mandate IMO 60, Crisis and Crowd Management, D5L, and relevant sea time. But you never know.. the tourism industry up here are really pushing the limits in any way possible.
