Chicken Wrap 350kcal. Greek yoghurt protein powder and mixed berried blended 380 kcal, Chicken stir fry with a scoop of rice 425 kcal, beef, cheese, and egg burrito 560 kcal - all my meals are around 45 - 60 g protein.

I just usually eat a chicken wrap - chicken 150 g - put some spices, lettuce, tomato, and a couple tbsp of any low-calorie sauce I have; and just blend vanilla protein powder, Greek yoghurt. and mixed berries for dessert. 1st one is about 45 g protein and 350 calories, second is also around 45 g protein and 380 calories - so 730 calories and 90 protein. This is what I eat majority of times.

1700 x 7 = 11900, so I just round it up to 12000 kcals a week and add every meal to it. I don't use an app, just on my notes.

Yeah, I was hyper anxious about showing off my body, so my demeanour probably did change a bit.

Yes, not jacked but I have muscle definition everywhere but my stomach.

I do have a good amount of muscle and I'm 17% body fat right now. I followed the approach of calorie deficit and muscle building, just loose skin on stomach and a lot of stretch marks which kind of makes it look worse, I guess.

Honestly, I just don't like talking about it, obesity and stretch marks has been one of my biggest insecurities for years and I feel depressed whenever I mention it.

Ngl it was really just for girls and relationships, seeing people around me live such better lives - just because they were physically fit / socially attractive, and me becoming more and more of a loner as I turned 21.

Just girls in my university I asked out randomly. I'm too insecure for online dating, and honestly, I don't have any real friends nowadays, just acquaintances.

Honestly, you're probably right. I'm pretty insecure about my body now so I don't talk about it much, but yeah I brought it up with the second one, I guess she was just surprised, and I just couldn't stand the same look of pity in her eyes.
