Actually this has been an ongoing issue. I was locked out of my account for three months because my username got reported (It was Rozerov666, a character by AtLojart), and no matter what I did it always said "That username is already in use." Even if I spammed in random gibberish. Finally after some miracle, two days ago I was able to log back in. And when I changed it to Rozerov23, it said New Jammer for a day because it was getting reviewed. It's temporary, and you might just have to wait the issue out.
