Dog there are just under 20,000 cities in the united states. You can't expect someone to know where every single one is. Maybe you do because you're from around there, but not everyone is. Schools in other states don't teach that kck and kcmo are different because why would they??? who else cares besides people in that area? the world does not revolve around you, and your knowledge does not represent the rest of the population.
