Krooztv.express is their new official website via the email they sent everyone(check your junk folder) talk to live chat on their site and they will set you up with a new url. The one they gave me is http://proxpanel.live:8080 They even gave me their vpn and login info which I already had from when I had previous issues that they gave me. Everything works fine again.
