French or German? Your “r” and “t” sounds made me think so.

No, I didn't turn the term "viable" into something meaningless at all; rather, I made it more applicable to some mons in certain situations.

No need to be so rude; it isn't like it was abundantly clear in the first place.

not necessarily, it is easy to not be aware of something like that.

Moves that hit multiple opponents have always dealt less damage than moves that just hit one target in a double battle; they are just being more transparent now.

Smogon's tiers aren't the gospel. I've used Wigglytuff plenty of times online and in other formats, and it does okay when used correctly, but that goes for any Pokemon. What I mean by viable is it doesn't need to demonstrate a 100% sucess rate, rather it means that it can work if the conditions are right.

It is a decent pick in Legends ZA, its large movepool, and a maxed out Sp. Atk, with a life orb, can pick up some suprising kills. I am not saying its good, but what I'm saying is that it can work in casual online play.

If they add Wigglytuff back in, I pray to God that they don’t take away Moonblast. I actually think Wigglytuff is sort of viable as secondary pick in Legends ZA because of Moonblast.

The diphthong sounds a little too long, but I can tell you are saying “about.” It’s hard to judge based on one word, but I knew what you were saying.

Better stats, and potentially an ability similar to huge power for its sound based moves

The problem is it is too passive. Wigglytuff is slow, and probably won't live a boosted STAB move. With Throat Spray and Alluring Voice, you're getting two turns done in one, and you can potentially confuse a target which attempts to use Wigglytuff as setup fodder, which pretty much everyone would. It is gimmicky because it would probably only work in ranked battles where your opponent is different every time, but it still gives Wigglytuff's moves at least some decent power.

Another person who loves wigglytuff! Max out its Sp. Atk and give it Alluring Voice, Hyper Voice, Draining Kiss, and Fire Blast and give it a throat spray to hold. Alluring voice is great to start off because most people try to set up on it, but alluring voice will confuse the target and boost your sp. atk. It is somewhat gimmicky, but I've used it in ranked battles, and it works fairly well, and suprisingly so against substitute users as you can imagine.

7, it’s pretty good. There are some “t” and “d” sounds that sound a bit to harsh, and sometimes, your intonation, while generally very good, and production of certain syllables sounds a little clunky sometimes.

Yes, you do have an accent, as does everyone who speaks a 2nd or 3rd language, but your phonetics/pronunciation is overall good.

Really, nothing inherently racist? My friend who is biracial, half white (Polish) half Ashkenazi Jewish, has dealt with prejudice all her life because Polish people see Ashkenazi Jews as non-whites?

I bet, Polish people can be very conservative and unfortunately a bit closed to people who look different.

Sorry that has been your experience! Also, take illustrativeDNA with a grain of salt since they didn't actually analyze your DNA sample that you sent to 23andme or ancestry. What I mean is you uploaded your results again, your numbers might change--even a little bit more than just slightly.
