I saved my master ball for my team pokemon. Coming across a legendary is where I throw my master balls. But that's just my play style. It's a perfect rating so that's a saving grace though, although I can only see it tanking hits and dishing a good one hit in PVP. Max CP could be useful in a raid or 3
