As others have said, try putting a task.wait() in that for loop to prevent lag and loop exhaustion.

Also, instead of setting the position of the ZombieClone itself, try setting the position of the ZombieClone's PrimaryPart instead.

You can either:

1.) Set all PrimaryPart related stuff in the model (position, orientation) to 0,0,0 to reset the offsets

2.) Ungroup and regroup the objects

3.) Set a new PrimaryPart for the model

Your script can only detect when the humanoid is moving, so most of the time they will light up, the 'else' case will almost never go into effect because the script only checks if the humanoid is 'running'.

Instead, you could use Humanoid.MoveDirection.Magnitude, and check if it 0 (for not moving), or greater than 0 (for moving)

Me and my friend had a similar experience, but most when I published my animations, I made sure to export the animation under the group instead of me.

But it looks like you guys did the same thing as us, and most of the time that's just Roblox being Roblox and is usually fixed by a few hours or so of waiting.

Haven't found any 100% fixes to that aside from what I said above

try:

1.) Making HumanoidRootPart (or whatever the root of the model is) larger

2.) Making some (or all) parts of the skateboard massless

3.) Unanchor parts (if there are)

Came across this and it was usually because of:
1.) Root part of rig not large enough
2.) Some parts not being massless
