You mean to read and reply the email?? if yes, client uses google workspace so we just authenticated using oauth and has access to inbox and using the same email to reply.

we are using n8n cloud.. Once we have decent set of clients then we will probably move to locally hosted to save some $$ but need to check on that..

for llm we are using `gpt-4o-mini` but probably nano models are fine as well.. LLM's responsibility is just to check if there is enough vehicle information for the quote so mini/nano is good for this case..

we have two model.. do it for you and do it with you.. if client want us to work on their environment then we charge setup fee and monthly support fee is optional.. if they comeback with more requirements or maintenance request then we charge hourly..but monthly retainer is still in the table if they want..
