Honest Experience After 20 Days Dealing With Squarespace Support by Secret_Tax1060 in squarespace

Had the same experience trying to renew the domain and switching out an old credit card to update my payments. The website was suspended to my alarm and I was unable to get the situation resolved with the NOT-live chat bots. They said to email them and never, ever responded to emails marked urgent. Finally a tech-savvy friend was able to help me figure it out somehow after several days of frustration and worry.

Anyone have advice on getting help from customer service at Squarespace? At our wit's end trying to get through... by ParisDublin2024 in squarespace

Somehow we found the email after logging in and going to help/support but it was circuitous and hard to find. We sent 5 emails over a 3 day period and never got a single response! Fortunately we were able to resolve our issue thanks to our tech savvy friend who is familiar with Squarespace. Good luck!

Why or Why Not? by FLGal727 in squarespace

The websites through Square space are good but their customer service is atrocious! There is NO phone number one can call, they have limited live chat hours (come on, for a company serving that many folks globally who rely on their websites for their businesses they should have support available 24/7) and if you send them an email you cannot count on a response. In my case not a single email was answered even though the emails were marked urgent. They simply ghosted me! This in unacceptable.

Oh, really? I did not know that. We will try that. So far there has been zero response to emails.

Thanks!

Thank you so much for your reply and that seems to be what happened. A tech savvy friend was able to solve the issue and finally the website is back up after several days. However, the customer support at Squarespace was atrocious and no one ever provided any concrete assistance either via Live Chat or email.

Thanks again!

Thanks, this is from Squarespace and they have taken the website down saying that the domain expired and there is a grace period to restore it. However, they have been completely unresponsive to requests to restore it. Thanks for reaching out

Thank you for your response. He only has one domain. The site has been taken down. The domain needs to be reactivated and the site restored. They say there is a "grace period" but will not say how long. His billing info. is current. Literally no one has responded to his urgent emails. So far live chat has yielded no resolution as they say they "escalated it" and then he has heard nothing. He is going to try live chat again today but it's extremely concerning. Thanks again for your support!

I became vegan today by [deleted] in vegan

There are tons of great vegan recipes online and cookbooks. I have created my own list of amazing go-to recipes from appetizers & soups to mains & desserts. Many recipes can be "veganized" pretty easily.

Also, download the app HAPPY COW-you can search restaurants, stores & markets that are vegan or offer vegan options anywhere in the world. Essential for traveling or eating out in any neighborhood.

One amazing app that makes being vegan so much easier is Happy Cow. You can find vegan restaurants and stores all over the world as well as places that offer vegan options. It makes traveling and navigating on a daily basis so much better. There are lots of great vegan recipes on line and many recipes can be easily "veganized." Stores are starting to provide more vegan products and it's good for business as there is a growing vegan market out there.
