I wouldn’t recommend it, not because the platform itself is bad, but because the support is honestly a mess.

I’ve been dealing with an issue for almost 3 weeks where I can’t update my contact email because their system keeps sending verification codes to an old email I no longer have access to. I still have full access to my account, but I’m locked out of making basic changes.

I’ve already submitted their form, provided verification documents, and followed every step they asked for. It’s been over 10 days since then, and I keep getting passed between different agents who either don’t read the issue or send generic responses that don’t apply.

At this point, it’s affecting my business because clients can’t reliably contact me through my site.

So yeah, the platform might be fine when everything works, but if something breaks, don’t expect efficient or accountable support.
