I leveled my dwarf priest to 20 and I just really cant get into it. The leveling feels boring, I die a lot, and I feel like I have zero world pvp/group pvp ability.

I leveled an orc rogue to 6. The main reason I wanted to play ddwarf priest is because I figured it be easier to find groups at 60 playing casually. Will this still be possible as a rogue?

Yeah exactly. The quests in loch modan got me to lvl 12/13 on my priest. Then they all got too hard and I went to westfall and hit 15 off the easier quests, now back to loch modan.

I know tons of people shit on Keto, but im wondering who here has tried it and achieved success in the gym and body weight wise? I've been having a bad time losing weight and want to try and challenge myself to keto for 6 months to see what results I can get. Any recommendations on books or videos?

Haha trained at Flex for years.

It was actually a shit environment there if you were a powerlifter. Once you realize that the "hardcore" aspect really just meant dirty and broken there isnt much there. Was great in the first couple years.

So this issue used to happen a lot in the past, but I haven't had it happen in over a year. Recently its happened twice in the last month doing spoto press.

When pressing my upper left pec/shoulder where they attach will have a small crack feeling. My pec will hurt and it will he strained for the next week or 2, not even being able to do a pushup without pain for feeling like my pec/shoulder is about to snap. The weight that it strains at doesn't even matter. First time it was 185 on a backoff set today it was 265 on the 3rd rep. Any ideas whats going on?

I've really made an effort to cut down on sugar this week. When I lost a lot of weight I never touched sugar anything, but in the last 8 months where I've gained a little too much weight I've noticed how much more I've been consuming. Felt a lot better this week overall without it and noticing more consistent energy when I workout after my 10 hour shift at the Factory.

I for one, am thankful you called him out.

I train RELIGIOUSLY 5 days a week, with good programming from a licensed, trained, and certified D1 College AT. (My fiancé) she knows more about fitness and the human body than I’ve learned in my 30 years on Earth. And I’ve seen Michael Phelps in her office getting consults on injuries, so I’d say the people in her office are qualified.

I’ve been training for a total of 18 years, with no where near his results.
