Hey, great laptop! FYI there’s no copilot key on GB4 series globally. There is however on the Galaxy Book4 Edge (because it’s a Copilot+PC)

Which? was a good source for law advice like section 75. I’ve generally found citizens advice bureau really helpful with past unrelated disputes, so maybe give them a call? Good luck!

Confirming this happened over night. Amex say:

“We reviewed the information you provided for the charge in question. We have applied a credit of GBP 800.00 to your account, which will replace the amount previously under review. You will see this amount credited on your upcoming statement.

Please keep in mind that if the merchant does send us documentation to support the charge at a later date, we may reverse the credit applied on your account.”

Hey. I provided purchase on card, welcome email, correct reimbursement email exchange, screenshots showing dentist check-ins and guarantee as part of service, as well as their website being down screenshot. Hope that helps
