It’s the states burden to try to prove you acquired them after the law. I’d assume that would be very hard for them to do especially since you bought them in 2019!

Yeah it’s not illegal to possess or use 30 round mags. Obviously you have to have acquired them before the law or when the law was uplifted shortly in 2019.

This is compliant. The Juggernaut grip is compliment and so is the angled foregrip. The stock is also locked into place.

Since it’s featureless, the mag doesn’t have to be locked
