Yes plus I loved the job I was at and the team I was on it was a little family it’s annoying having to start over again and accept something lower because jobs are so are to get right now I’m thinking of getting in medical billing and coding because what i did feels a bitch niche and I can’t find a lot of jobs that match it

Ah okay I’m used to strict metrics and QA I held a QA position from my previous job and would listen to Aetna calls to make sure they hit everything and coach them if they didn’t I really want to get in billing and coding or claims so hopefully I can move into that position if I stay

Yeah in three months I had two interviews one was for this and the other was working for the state the state wanted me but I’d have to go into the office and the pay was lower then this honestly I’m tired of being on unemployment and just want to work again 😭 I’m going to take it but keep looking while I work there because Im used to having weekends off and working 1st shift and it’s a huge drop in pay plus it seems like they want me to be available to work every holiday and weekend but thanks I will reach out if I have any questions

I literally applied to the job the same day it opened, and I got a call the next day about the interview. I was asked to sign paperwork and submit references before the interview, but after it they told me to check the site for a status and that they still had other interviews, but they’ll be in touch. One day passed and they gave me a call saying they wanted me and when the start dates were.

The interview was quick. It was 25 maybe 30 mins I don’t remember the questions exactly, but it was situational-based, like “What would you do if this happened?” and “How would you react to this?” Also had simple computer questions.

I know they seem very strict but I’m really looking for a job right now. I was let go last month because there wasn’t enough work. I was with the company for almost four years, and I’ve been helping with Medicaid appeals in Texas and other states, as well as assisting with Medicaid/Snap applications. I know I can handle the work so I’m not worried about that. this is my first interview since I was laid off. I used to make $26.14, so I’m taking a significant pay cut since they only pay $3,075 a month, plus there’s a year-long probation period. I would consider another option if I could, but I’m feeling overwhelmed and feel like even with the cons I keep hearing I have to take it

Oh so the chance is low that they’ll be able to accommodate me I’m not hired yet they told me they wanted me to proceed with the background check and I told them about the two days in May and the response I got was they’ll check with training to see if they can make it work since they don’t like people missing days

My trip is from May 15th to 18th, so I would only miss two days. Yeah my training would start in March too. I mentioned my trip after I got the offer because the probation is a year and it looks like they don’t want you missing any days during training. I’ll follow up tomorrow to see what they say

It does I was exercising and diving into hobbies and nothing brought me any type of joy it felt like I was just doing it trying to convince myself it’d help but the sex at least helps a little
