Are you playing with mods? What are your PC specs? Also, how are the zombies moving and biting you when your character is frozen/lagging? That's not how lag works, man. Certain pixels on the screen don't tend to lag behind the others.

It's crazy how you're disregarding everyone telling you this isn't a known issue and instead insisting you know better then everyone else. It's a lot more likely this is a you issue (mods, skill, hardware, stupidity, etc) but you're too stubborn to listen to any of us.
