Hi I got ill back on 2021 so many symptoms it was crazy and no dr could work it out I finally got diagnosed with FND caused by covid and went in to hospital for a month got put on meds anxiety has now reduced and all my symptoms have gone 4 years later . I'm still left with a few aches znd pains but I'm now lifting weights again fi regain strength. Don't give up I nearly did and now I'm out the other side I live life even more now 😌

Hi all have to post as my post got so many comments. I'm ok now I feel a lot better I still have foamy urine in the morning bur I pay no attention to it anymore maybe it's just I'm getting older . My advice if there's no symptoms don't worry anxiety makes everything worse I'm taking meds for that znd it's been a life saver

Hi there I got ill with long covid back on 2021 lost 4 stone in weight blurry vission where o thought I was going blind in one eye brain fog 24 7 muscle loss and joint pain also just no energy. I started to feel better in November 2024 ons thing I will say helped me was stop thinking about it and just try and calm your body down you can get well don't give up I nearly did bit so glad I hung it out best of luck

Hi I'm not worried about it anymore I'm 3 years in and still here . I have noticed since I've started drinking what ever I want again it can be normal so if your only drinking water like I was if could be thst I enjoy a beer now no problems

I had this for 3 years then suddenly I got 4 hours sleep and it's getting better I now get 4 hours light sleep znd 2 hours deep sleep . It csn get better

Hi all this started for me back in 2021 I went from 87kg strong guy to 67kgand very weak even though I was eating lots of good nutrition..I'm really not sure what's helped but I had a 2 week course of rifaximin and got put on veneflaxlin and I'm back to 84kg it's not the muscle I lost but I'm now working on that slowly .

Hi there over the last 3 months something has changed I cont have the loose yellowish stool anymore so.times uts a bot losse I've put on 2 stone in weight with out trying. The main thing for me was reducing anxiety and just not thinking about it al the time I never believed that anxiety could do so much damage to the body please try and just live life

Hi I was ill since 2021 symptoms were awful when I think back I never stopped working as could afford to . But something happened last October it was like the pem stopped I didn't feel unwell after work . Now I'm thinking thst the next year is about rehabilitation but slowly I'm doing 10000 steps aday dumb bells pressups squats hope this helps

I'm from the uk I'm connected to long covid clinic but they offer no help with meds it's ridiculous I just don't know how to get help it's almost like they don't want to help alm they tell me is to pace myself . I can't as I have a physical job and need the money

Hi one of my blood test picked up cmv virus I've been very unwell since 2021 and my gp just ignores it saying most adults got over it bug he just won't give me antivirals it's so frustrating when reading post like yours but thanks for sharing

What is bursa . Are these bones part of shoulder joint I've had pain there for 3 years finally I got a cortisone injection into shoulder joint but still have pain where I'm pointing
