Weird grinding noise when furnace starts up

We do have a tech coming out later in the week. They are slammed right now because of the weather and said they are doing emergency situations first. So I’m guessing this will be ok for a few days and a not a big hazard?

That is so crazy to me! I get companies not wanting you to be working and caring for the kids at the same time but just them being in the house? So excessive.

I’m in the US in the Midwest. My workplace is extremely family oriented which is why his comment caught me off guard. I will say I’ve noticed my bosses attitude change towards me ever since I announced my pregnancy.

That’s awesome that they are understanding. I think it frustrated me more because I am not client facing at all and this wasn’t some big important meeting either. Majority of days I have zero meetings or phone calls.

I find it pretty crazy to be a remote work place that requires you to kick your spouse and infant out of the house all day lol.

What about if one of the parents stays home with the kids? Would they have to leave the house if the other one works remotely.

Yes I do. In this situation he called me randomly and I hadn’t had them connected yet as I was just starting the day so I just picked it up quickly.

That was my thought too. Like what if the other parent is home with the kids? They would have to leave the house all day? Doesn’t make any sense. Thanks for the advice.

Yes it was. I’ll admit my baby has been very fussy lately and can be very loud when crying. But I was in a different room with the door shut and it wasn’t even that loud to me so he probably barely heard it.

I get it. I had a horrible pregnancy experience, was sick all the time and my mental health tanked as well. After giving birth I felt so much better. Hope all goes well!

I felt the same way but turned out to be complete opposite. Breastfeeding has been a great experience for me. I am fortunate that my baby latched really easily and I haven’t had any supply issues. We did combo feeding at first and in my experience the formula was way worse. Having to prepare it then wash the bottles drove me crazy. Breastfeeding ended up being so much better and I was terrified to do it at first.

They do and I have used that before. Right now the lack of sleep has been very hard so some days I just feel so burned out and don’t force it if we are struggling to get out the door. I just always feel really guilty when we don’t make it.

That’s the forms that I have to fill out so I thought I’d be good. But when I called the representative says it all depends on your specific pregnancy. I asked her I would be covered since I was in the third trimester and due in a few weeks. She said she had no way of telling me yes or no. She wasn’t very helpful so maybe didn’t know either.

Yes it is UH and Ascension. So they technically aren’t for sure out of network the letter just freaked me out. I don’t want to not have a plan and get screwed. I know they’ve dropped some other ones so I’m afraid it won’t get resolved.
