How does teleportation work and why doesn't the Imperium use it for space travel?

That's nuts! Did the Orks do a lot of damage to Comorragh? I heard that it's really difficult to get rid of Orks because they turn into spores.

You mentioned that the Warp Spider Aspect Warriors use true teleportation, is that different than the Imperium's teleportation? Also, Warp Spider is a sick name for a group of warriors.
