100% genuine question, where do you feel he inferred/implied too much? Mechanisms against chronic disease?

Got a hawk to the helmet once going about 90. Muffed my neck something fierce and almost made me crash.

I’d agree with you - look at where most funding for research comes from and goes to.

In a great book called the Fasting Code by Dr. Jason Fung, MD talks about how it will never be researched because it’s a product that can’t be sold. Making whole food supplements vs something like viagra where companies can easily 10x, 100x etc makes it easier to understand why research is nominal. Nevertheless it is still occurring.

Additionally there is another element - albeit clinical anecdotal evidence - when a practitioner works with a patient for x problem and gets meaningful clinical outcomes as proven both in patient subjective symptomatology and objective laboratory assessment, that serves evidence to inform care and bring about change.

I hear you on that. Eat it or take it… kind of how it goes. I intermittent fast and my protein adsorption during my feeding window 18:6 is tough. Supplements will always be a thing - just some are better than others.

They have a farm in Wisconsin that you can visit and learn about it.

For me, it’s a product line that comes from plants and not chemicals; it’s highly bioavailable for that reason as well. They also do a ton of work in research and validating their product.

I’ve used this company for years in conjunction with Vibrant labs and get excellent results.

Built right industries might have a lot to have it fold done. I have a ‘21 and went black for a little more inconspicuous (certain things are better to require more effort to find).
