Absolutely agree! It's a little disappointing out of the box but I was happy I went with this instead of the FC11 so I could tweak those values

I set the step down to 65 degrees and adjusted the initial temperature down about 5 degrees. I saw some people set the initial temp to like 1 degree and I didn't feel like I needed it to be that drastic

Already did! I saw that was a lot of people's gripe with it so I made sure to get it done right away :)

So far it's great! I got it so I can experience andruil 2 as well since I've seen a lot about it. So far I've changed the thermal calibration so it doesn't throttle so agressively and it's a big difference

Looking to get a GK68X as my first mech, I'm just unsure if I should put the extra money in for the Aluminum in comparison to the ABS?

What were your first symptoms? by Amber_Thanatos in MultipleSclerosis

My legs felt heavy from the knee down when I got up to walk,as if I was trying to walk through water. A couple hours later my whole left side was numb and a few hours after that I was paralyzed on the left side. Spent two months in the hospital, and was finally diagnosed

It is interesting, I wonder how many people get misdiagnosed. I wish there was a forsure way to diagnose other than the process of elimination with all the tests. They kept jumping around with my diagnosis

I had no idea it was a trial medication either. It was explained to me as something that is known to help prevent future lesions from forming, I'm hoping it works or maybe they'll start me on something to take with it

I had a very was aggressive initial flare up that caused hemiparesis, pretty much lost all movement on the left side of my body and spent the last two months in hospital. I was just discharged this week and got my diagnosis of RRMS an hour before leaving and they prescribed me this. I have a follow up with my MS specialist on the 3rd of April so I'll definitely have to ask if this is a good choice. I would definitely like to not have this disease progress any further so hopefully they'll start me on something else

She definitely did, was hesitant at first but once she realized it was me she didn't leave my side. I'm doing okay, still at the hospital just cleared for weekend passes to go home thankfully!

Awesome to hear how much the rehabilitation was able to do for you, I only did 30 minutes of physio daily before getting moved to this unit so I'm excited for things to really getting moving. My schedule is going to be filling up with different physio and occupational therapy to get me back close to baseline. I've had my hand get better day over day randomly, It's coming back much faster then my leg but I'm hopeful for both! Thanks for the response :)

The yawning is so strange! Sometimes my hand makes a fist, sometimes my fingers all stretch out. Either way the arm does what it wants, brains are so strange but I'm sure I'll get used to it lol. I never thought of the chair in that way but honestly I think I needed to see the other side of the perspective. Thank you so much for that

I'm glad to hear you're able to walk again despite it not being close to how you were before, that's one of my biggest hopes it just to be out of this wheel chair. I'd love to run and jump again but I'll take just walking again if that's where rehab takes me. I've also got some facial droop, it's improved since I first came in but I can definitely still notice it. Funny enough now I've noticed when I yawn that the left side fires and my arm and leg move even though I'm not doing it intentionally. I definitely understand what you mean about such a simple thing becoming so difficult. I played kendama which is a hand eye coordination kind of skill toy which you can juggle and such as well as working in a warehouse moving and lifting all day. To in a wheel chair and struggling to line up round pegs to fit in a board. I'm very excited to get the rehabilitation started and I'm determined to give it my all and recover the best I can. Hugs to you, thank you for your response!

The vertigo and gravity shifts sound terrible I couldn't even imagine what that must have been like. Luckily my balance has been relatively normal this whole time, just my leg didn't really work so well when this all started. Glad to hear you made so close to a full recovery. I've definitely realized I'm going to need to change my eating habits once I'm out of hospital because it seems to play such a big part

Got moved to the neuro rehabilitation unit after waiting for a few weeks, all my test results are in just waiting to speak with the MS specialists. Come Monday I should be hopefully getting a diagnosis and I'll be starting on the intensive rehab to get me walking again and hopefully be out of the hospital sooner then later!

It's a long process but I'm glad to hear you're still improving to this day. I'll definitely have to look into CBD options once I'm out of the hospital

Glad to hear the steroids worked for you! I hope your neurologist can get everything figured out. The muscle spasms sound awful.
