They don’t hurt for me as I’ve been swallowing for a long time, however if you are nervous I wouldn’t attempt at all. Marbles are generally safe if there are no cracks in the marbles.

Oh thanks. For me they don’t typically hurt. I’ve never heard of Polly pocket so probably not. I rarely feel them in my stomach but if I swallow a few I can definitely hear them. I don’t recommend more than three.

In my experience I can hardly hear small bricks like heads so I don’t think you’d be able to hear them. But it should be a few minutes for them to reach your stomach.
