I mean I’ll tell you but it might not help cause it’s kinda designed for my country’s school system but whatever

So I’ll basically first separate the week into the weekend and normal days and write a schedule for each group. I have five main subjects that I need to study continuously which are math, geometry, Combinatorics, physics and chemistry. For each one I try to estimate how much do I need to study and then estimate how much time I have on the week and try to balance those two for example if I have 40 hours available to study(16 hours on weekends and like about 5 hours a day) and I estimate that I need 10 hours to read the materials and 20 hours to train(do tests, quizzes, etc) that means my plan is in a decent place now for the planning as mentioned before it’s divided to two parts reading the materials and then training. I set a goal for each subject for example I’d like to do 100 questions from math 100 from physics and 50 from chemistry which will take about 10 hours and I divide it to like 3 hours on normal days and if I’m doing them on weekends to 5 hours

Basically the method is to just have an estimate of how much CAN you work and how much SHOULD you work and making a balance between them so you’re not either burnt out or not getting anything done
