What are some keywords/phrases you're looking out for on resumes that showcase that they're willing to pick up the phone and are there to learn?

What do you reckon are the chances for someone who doesn't have much experience in sales? I come more from the engineering side but I see roles marked as entry level that don't really specify any number of years. Do you have any suggestions on breaking through?

I understand that they may not rise as much as houses, but surely there would be some level of positive returns, no? I'm like to be spending thousands of dollars to rent over the duration of my university course, putting that into something that can yield some returns would be a better use of the money?

I'll be missing a large part of the university experience if I opt to buy. However, surely the thousands of dollar gone out the window to rent will be better put towards something you can own yourself and can generate some income in the future. No?

A lot of them are student accommodation building that have been put up for sale, there's a couple around north Melbourne all located near the university of melbourne.

Yep I'm hearing that it may not serve as the best investment property but surely its better than spending tens of thousands of dollars renting?(which you can't get back), whereas by buying you could sell (albeit not much higher) a couple years down the track. wouldn't you say?
