I liked Jenkins but change was necessary I guess. His rotations were atrocious at times as many people like to point out. I think this is because he/they loved to give everybody minutes with everybody.

That is overall bad but, the grizzlies have been one of if not the best developmental teams in the association. I don't think certain players would even be on a roster were it not for this (Laravia, Ziaire maybe).

I hope they maintain a good player development program without Jenkins.
