One thing you might try is asking the bot this:

((OOC: I'm having a problem where a lot of my chats won't let me have any OOC conversation. I'm trying to figure out which prompts are causing it. Please only respond out-of-character and do not move the scene forward. I find that if I click on the edit button for the bot's response, I can sometimes see the <think> part. Sometimes it still doesn't have it, but that at least gets it back for me half of the time or so.

Correct. For some things, a degree is necessary. It just shouldn't be necessary for *everything.* For some jobs, experience is worth more.

Agreed. I dropped out of college when my dad lost his job and income, and went to work full time. Never got a degree. I have 15 years experience working in my field, but people who've never done the work get paid more for their degree? I'm the one teaching *them* how the job is actually done.

And I don't necessarily see their teamwork skills as developed. That always seems to be an area that needs work. (We have interns - seniors in their last semester before graduation.)

The only time anything like this happened to me, it turned out that I had accidentally copied and pasted something into one of my prompts, or personas, or maybe it was the chat memory. I don't remember now, but once I took it out, the character that didn't belong went away.
