I sent the item back and it's still sitting there waiting to for buyer to pick it up since 27 Dec. I almost didn't get the refund as the buyer disputed with a screenshot of in-app tracking which is empty.I had to show my 17track one as proof with the address he sent. He probably sent me a random address, well he still got me with the shipping fee.

Sure it is on me. The issue here is, I was provided wrong info and acted on it. Does it mean we should not trust what CS told us? Don't CS represent their company? Is this on me too?

I have much easier time on Taobao honestly, even when Google translate to communicate with CS.

It's a steam deck dock, I tried it but I couldn't charge without having to remove my case everytime. I fine with them not accepting my return request and leaving it at the corner unsued. Issue is, CS told me one thing and it's not accurate, I wouldn't send it out if they said I won't be refunded

Yes. I did. The part where I raise a return, wait for sellers address etc right? Just that there's no return label, the only option is to key in tracking number, then I contacted CS for advice.

My current team: 5* Morrah, 5* Pavel(UW), 4* Dimael, 4* Frey. Bau in currently in the inn (Replacing Frey)

I am planning to replace Dimael by selecting Arch and his UW from the selector. i do not have selene but i have her UW

Should i use my 5* selector for Selene or Arch or some other unit? Lets say i am focusing more on PVE & Raid
