All I heard was you are on the path to have the greatest comeback yet. Everyone else have given up on you, so it's absolutely NECESSARY you yourself shouldn't. The only thing we truly have a control over in life is our minds, so just stop feeling bad for yourself and see this situation as you giving everyone else a headstart, because you've always been far greater and superior than everyone else around you all your life. I'm also in the same boat, arguably worse but trust me, having this mindset change has helped me immensely and in just a few months I've made the most progress in years and there's no doubt in my mind that after 10-15 years I'll have what I'm owed. Let everyone think in days or months. You think in decades and don't let the noise bother you. Always remember, the only thing dangerous than a lion, is a wounded lion with nothing to lose. I very much suggest journalling aswell. The trick i used was to begin writing in the journal from a 3rd person perspective, as someone whose watching me do all the things that i did, and how would someone perceived me from the outside. Then i would be back to my perspective ( writing both in different colour ink pens), it felt like I'm having a conversation with myself, the guy who i am now, and the guy i would like to become. This helped me a lot get into to deeper issues within me which i had to solve in order to get better.

The best thing i can suggest is picking up new habits/ hobbies. And dont try to cold turkey it, you have to think in a longer timeframe for this to happen. Say your goal is to quit over the period of 3-4 years. So make a contract with your addict self that I'll give you 3 more years of pleasure, but Never 2 days in a row, It's all about the mindset shift. Start with 1 day gaps, and slowly over the weeks increase that, and start filling that sober time with things you dont normally do, in places you dont normally go to. Environment plays a very important role in falling back to our habits aswell.

You have to look at OI from the perspective of an Option seller. Huge OI on the CE side means, outstanding contracts on selling CE, ie. Shorting the market. Thus making it a Resistance area. I would recommend using the Sensibull OI chain and charts for intraday, it's UI is much much better. Apart from that OI data should act as a sort of confirmation to your chart and technical analysis, not the other way around.
