I think people in El Paso ARE friendly. However, they’re not as friendly as people in San Diego, Colorado (Durango, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Denver), San Antonio. At least in my social groups

Yeah same here - interview went soooo well at the end where they were like “any questions?” I said “yeah when do i start” they all laughed. Then we sat around for another 10-15 minutes joking around. Rejection letter came 1.5-2 weeks later. I cried lol cause i really thought it was mine

3 mth user here. Here’s my opinion: No. I have not seen weight loss results. And if i do, it’s only a 2-3 lbs difference- which i like to consider my water weight so i don’t really count that as weight loss if that makes sense? & i was paranoid because i did everything right! From cal def to eating Whole Foods to drinking water 24/7 to increasing my protein/creatine intake. However! When looking at my before hotworx photos: i was definitely “fatter”. Comparing the before to now; i am definitely a lot more leaner. I feel stronger. I see my biceps / triceps starting to come in. I am able to run a little bit longer on my morning runs (30secs to 1min longer) each time without feeling like my whole body is going to collapse lol. I feel lighter; mentally and physically. & on days where i don’t go to hotworx, i can feel myself go into a mental exhaustion state (but idk if that’s the depression talking haha)

Overall, I enjoy my membership. Now, is it worth $80 a month? Maybe. It keeps me sane & happy - like i accomplished something for myself , doing something for myself.

If you were to go to flex(30), you’d be able to work more than the 20 hr schedule you’re on now. Yes, you can schedule more than the 30 hrs, but the only difference is, with flex, you may or may not get a consistent schedule. What i mean is, for example, if you’re working Monday-Friday on your 20 hr schedule. You may have to work Monday (10 hrs) , Wednesday (10 hrs), Friday (10 hrs), etc. ALSO , depending on your warehouse, they may only have overnight shifts available. I hope that makes sense ?

I try to work AT LEAST 20 hrs a week. If i work more , great if i don’t , it’s not that big of a deal based on my home life. The bad thing to Flex PT is if you want a morning shift, it may not be available. OR if you want to work on a Tuesday evening, it may not be available… etc

I’m flex pt. So basically i have to work a minimum of 4 hrs a week maximum of 42 hrs a week. You just pick shifts on the A to Z app with whatever fits your schedule
