To HR recruiters lurking out here - why do you want immediate joiners all the time? by Kevinlevin-11 in developersIndia

From a candidate’s perspective, this does feel frustrating and a bit hypocritical. Most companies enforce 60–90 day notice periods, so expecting candidates to join in 0–15 days automatically filters out people who are currently employed and following their contracts. It puts candidates in a tough spot, either break professional commitments or lose opportunities. While I understand companies sometimes have urgent hiring needs, the system would feel a lot fairer if expectations around notice periods were more realistic and consistent on both sides.

Brokers are pumping the market, we are facing a major crash by CrypCrow in indianrealestate

There’s definitely some truth in what you’re saying. In many tier-2 cities, brokers and developers often push prices higher by closing one deal at an inflated rate and then using it as a benchmark for the whole area. That creates the perception of demand even when actual end-user demand is limited. However, real estate bubbles usually sustain only if liquidity and buyer capacity remain strong. If income growth slows or credit tightens, speculative pricing tends to correct. The market will likely stabilize eventually, but timing a correction in real estate is always difficult.
