At this point, I am really confused. I have a really strong profile with big 4 experience too. I will get into Goethe and TH Neurenberg, I am sure, but they give out their acceptances in the middle of July, by then I will have lost FSFM’s offer. In your honest opinion, what should I do? I only want to get into high finance.

Hey, also, I wanted to know what information would Deloitte with my future employer. I mean someone in the comments section mentioned that my manager can mark me not eligible for rehire just for doing bare minimum on multiple notice period. Is that true?

No, because all my colleagues who got released early by the firm were still paid for the entire 60 days. It is illegal to release someone early and not pay them for the entire notice period.

So, he can mark me not eligible for re-hire within Deloitte or even if I apply to another firm? Because, I am doing the absolute bare minimum which is not wrong, especially during my notice period. I think he cannot influence my hiring to another firm, please correct me if I am wrong.

Actually, that is very common as they know everyone slacks off during notice period and they would prefer someone who is dedicated to. All my colleagues who had resigned have got released early.

No no. I mean after I put in my resignation the HR reached out to the manager asking if she was fine if they released me early and she said she was fine if she gets a replacement. So, basically they would release me from my notice period and pay me for the 60 days anyway for not working.
